well... if they just started the trade after 3:oo then they probably wouldn't be able to trade but..... if they were discussing a trade like an hour before the trade deadline the nba commisioner could give them an extra time. (the nba commisioner gave extra time for the cavs,sonics,and bulls trade)

no, they cannot make a trade until the offseason, once the playoffs are over. It is only then teams can start trading players to other teams. The only time NBA trades do not take place is between the trade deadline and the end of the regular season/playoffs.
well there is alot that has to go just right, alot

first off i know it has to be through waivers

also the commishoner has to pass the trade

also you cant be a contender which mathimaticly everyone is right now, even the heat

also alot more has to go through

its best to just wait until the offseason
