Most historic NBA teams?

Can someone tell me the most historic NBA teams and why? thanks

Most historic NBA teams?nba salary cap

Bulls, Lakers, and Celtics.

The Lakers and Celtics had a great rivalry which will always be remembered.

The rivalry started in the 1960s, when the Celtics defeated the Lakers six times in eight years (1962, 1963, 1965, 1966, 1968, and 1969) to claim the championship, and featured greats such as Bill Russell (Boston), Bob Cousy (Boston) and Jerry West (Los Angeles). In three of those NBA Finals ('62, '66, and '69), the series went the full seven games, with the Celtics winning each time.

It continued with renewed fervor in the 1980s when both teams were strong, and was personified as Larry Bird (Boston) vs. Magic Johnson (Los Angeles). During this period, this rivalry took on many dimensions, such as East Coast vs. West Coast and white vs. black (the Celtics teams of the 1980s were predominantly composed of Caucasian players, while those of Los Angeles were mostly African American). Additionally, prior to the 1980s, the NBA had been struggling financially, with low attendance and television ratings. The epic battles between these two teams contributed mightily to the success of the league. Coupled with the emergence of the Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan in the following years, the NBA became a media juggernaut and one of the dominant sports leagues of the United States as well as the rest of the world. The effect the rivalry had on the league is remarkable, considering the two teams only met in an 80's Final three times (1984, 1985, and 1987) and only played each other twice each season.

The rivalry has died down since Johnson's and Bird's retirements and the rise of Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls dynasty in the 1990s.

No one will ever forget Michael Jordan's bulls from the 90's. They won 6 championships.

The 1995-96 bulls currently hold the record for most wins in a season (72-10) and I doubt anyone will ever beat it.

Celtics %26amp; Lakers

Not just championships, 30 combined, but most storied rivalry; greatest number of HOF players combined.
LOS ANGELES LAKERS
Boston Celtics has won the most champioship with 16 overall which includes 8 straight during the 60's but the best team in the NBA ever was the Bulls with Jordan Pippen and Rodman
There are really two "historic" teams in the NBA. The Boston Celtics have won a total of 16 championships in their history (most in the NBA), and have had greats like Red Auerbach, Bill Russell, John Havelcik, Kevin McHale, and Larry Bird, not to mention today's trio of Kevin Garnett, Paul Peirce and Ray Allen. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Lakers have won 14 total championships (second most for any NBA team), and have had greats like Jerry West, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Shaq, and of course Kobe.

When it comes to history, these two teams have the richest traditions in the entire NBA by leaps and bounds. The only teams that come even close to the Lakers and the Celtics in terms of championships won are the Chicago Bulls with 6 (all from the Jordan era), and the San Antonio Spurs with 4 (all from the Tim Duncan era).
Chicago Bulls won six championships, Boston Cetics have won 16, and there have been many great players who played for them including Bill Russell, Larry Bird and even now the Big three is killing everyone in the NBA. Also Philadelphia 76ers where Barkley, Iverson, Julius Erving played
I don't quite understand the wording of this question. Well, the Bulls in the 90s with Pippin, Jordan, and Rodman were the best team ever. Is that what you meant?
Boston Celtics %26amp; LA Lakers...
